The Higher Education Centers in Cuba are currently distinguished by their spaces, the environment and the organizational vision, however, they seek strategies to establish common and specialized collaboration alliances, being clear about the need to share experiences acquired in certain processes, particularly in the scientific activity and socialization of the results that emanate from the pedagogical practice, to promote the achievement of the objectives and social recognition. Towards this direction this article bursts with the aim of assessing the experiences of inter-institutional collaboration of scientific activity between the CEPES and CREA. The methods of documentary study, systematization of experiences and bibliometric techniques were used, which revealed the inter-institutional collaborative experiences of the APC groups of the University of Havana and CUJAE, as well as the bibliometric behavior of inter-institutional collaboration through scientific publications.
