This article recognizes the importance of showing a new approach to the management of science, which must be assumed in the current circumstances, new characteristics and generate shared responsibility to promote development. Where it is not only addressed to the implementation of knowledge but also to the influence of other essential factors to obtain efficiency, we refer to the human resource, the methods to be used, the flow of information and the associated processes so that it is achieved. Meet the needs and get the most out of it, which is ultimately more science put to the function of society.

The transformations that universities are committed to show, from the improvement of science management, is a recurring theme on the government agenda, hence our objective is aimed at supporting the management of science and its necessary link with these institutions.
