RIVERO JIMENEZ, René A. Topics linked with disaster situations or their mitigation published by the Institute of Hematology and Immunology. Rev Cubana Hematol Inmunol Hemoter [online]. 2008, vol.24, n.3, pp. 0-0. ISSN 1561-2996.

A brief information on the topics that served as a guide for collecting the bibliography of papers on hematology, immunology, transfusional medicine and regenerative medicine linked with the topics of interest in situations of disaster and their evolution with the course of time is given. A bibliographic inventory of 109 articles that registered authors from all over the country is presented. Most of them were written by researchers of the Institute of Hematology and Immunology and were published between 1985 and 2006 in the Revista Cubana de Hematologia, Immunologia y Medicina Transfusional and in other scientific journals. The topics dealt with by the authors in that period were also included. This compilation allows to show the contributions that a group of hematologists, hemotherapists, immunologists and other specialists and technicians have made to the topics related to disasters for more than 20 years of research.

Palavras-chave : health; disasters; blood; transfusions; epidemics; diagnosis; treatment.
