In 12.5 % diuresis was not measured to verify renal functioning, 7. 7 % were not weighted daily, and in 4.4 % the vital signs were not taken. In 100 % of the patients, the administration of a low-sodium diet was verified. The importance of fluid restriction was not indicated in 22.2 %. The significance of vascular access care was not explained in 5.5 %. In 100 % of the cases, the medical treatment was fulfilled. 1.6 % had no psychological support.
