To this end, a retrospective descriptive study was conducted from December 2006 to March 2007 in "Abel Santamaría" Grandparents Circle of the family physician's office # 18, "28 de Enero" Polyclinic, in Playa municipality, Havana City. The aim of this paper was to determine the satisfaction degree of the older adults with the physical exercises they were doing. The population of this study was composed of 34 grandparents from the above mentioned Circle. Information was obtained through a survey applied with their previous informed consent.
