A retrospective study of 130 patients admitted with the diagnosis of scabies in 5 years was conducted. It was determined that 4 of them had the variety of Norwegian scabies. The erythema and the palmoplantar fissured hyperkeratosis and the affection of extense areas of the skin predominated in the clinical picture of these 4 patients. All the patients got better with the anti-scabies therapy
