The case of a 30-year-old female patient that was seen at the gynecologist's office in 1999 because her abdomen was very big and she thought she was pregnant is presented. On examining her, it was found an abdominal tumor that was clinically impressive: a uterine myoma that was later confirmed by ultrasonography and histerosalpingography.
