Despite the great advances achieved in prevention, diagnosis and oncology treatment of different types of cancer, still there are cases diagnosed in advanced stages. It is possible that affected patients haven't a treatment criterion with curative objectives, they a tributary of a palliative care, that are those offered to patients to maintain or to increase its emotional wellbeing, to control its symptoms and to prepare them for face the disease final stage. The fundamental reasons of palliative care are identified and the principles of the Bioethics applied to this type of care in advanced stages cancer patients are described. Special care provision to patients in terminal phase of its disease acquires more and more significance. The rapprochement to a peaceful death without therapeutical and unnecessary nuisances extending the agony more than the life itself, in a confidence environment, communication and privacy, where the family play a relevant role near to patient, giving mutual support and where the care aim be the comfort in patients and relatives, satisfying their needs and the necessary emotional support, is the essence of the palliative care. Professionals must to compromised in supplying a king and competent care to dying person and relatives, since they wait for care and the necessary help in the agony.
