The aim of present research is to demonstrate the potencialties supplied by the virtual education in human resources training in HealthTechnology career in "Simón Bolivar" Branch of Pinar del Río province. Some didactic and educational criteria of virtual education a potential and motivating tool for knowledges assimilation, the student becomes its controller and provider. The computer role is emphasized as a teaching means where virtual education has a leading space as a didactic resource for learning used in Health Technology career in Pinar del Río province, offering the possibility of developing abilities and to favor the student learning with a group and strategic cooperative approach to create a work group for development of virtual postgraduate courses.
