A case is reported of a patient with a calf vascular tumor rarely see, the hemangiopericytoma, and, in this case, located in soft tissues, wich makes it more unusual. The clinical symptomatology, the result of the biopsy and the treatment are correlated. The classification of vascular tumors is explained.
