Communication as specific way of human relationships, may consist on reciprocal participation relationships or of comprehension, of human interaction among each other or the group of forms that the act of living together may adopt. Men need communication to form a community, because they share among each other their behaviour norms, and in this way they acquire new meanings; but it's necessary taking into account the adverse elements which hinder communication: murmur and noise, and factors that intervene in a satisfactory communication: empathy and feedback. Although there are limitations of participation, massive communication means have favored an undoubted cultural promotion for our people enhancing the founding process of schools and other institutions; and giving an accessible recreation for the great majority of people. Among the more difficult situations in which Latinoamerican history has been involved in this last decade, features of free communication may be found such as: mutual support among economically and socially marginated sectors; deffense against arbitrary repression measures; international emergency assistance etc, although winning manners created for progress and communication are not free from a critical judgement of incommunication huge walls that still exist in Latinoamerica. The Formation of a communicator is situated in its way of appropriate increasing and intervening with deep characteristics of open fraternal and unlimitted act of living together. It is worthy stressing how modern man, with such a sophisticated technology and open minded to progress, has not taken care of his communicative ability so as to keep more profound and friendly relationships.
