A fifty one years old patient with the diagnosis left auricula mysoma is described clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics of this patient are exposed. It is stressed the clinical importance of the angicardiography and echocardiopraphy in the preoperatory diagnosis of cardiac tumors.
