A bibliographic review and updating of asseous tumors was carried out. The objective of this work is to deepen in new diagnostic and surgical techniques used in this pathology. Special emphasis was shown in the classification of oseous based on their biologic behavior described by Enneking, together with the adventages and disadventages of chemotherapy before and affter surgical treatment.
