Introduction:

The International Congress of Stomatology has been held in Havana since 2000, every five years.

Objective:

To describe the presence of papers on Information and Communication Technologies in the international congresses of Stomatology in Havana.

Material and method:

A descriptive study was carried out, supported by the documentary review technique, using data from the papers presented at the international stomatology congresses, held between 2000 and 2020.

Results:

In the studied congresses, 83 papers and 5 lectures and / or round tables dedicated to the subject of study were offered.

Conclusions:

The themes related to educational videos, multimedia and educational software predominated and it was observed that the presence of works, showing the application of Information and Communication Technologies in stomatology, is still scarce in the period studied.
