The success of interpersonal relationships in the school constitutes an element of relevant importance in the conformation of a favorable socio-psychological climate for the development of the teaching-learning process. The present study addresses the problem of interpersonal relationships in students of the Pedagogical School "Floro Regino Pérez Díaz" of the Santiago de Cuba municipality. To this end, it was implemented a psychoeducational intervention program, organized in three stages. The results of its application are evidenced in the establishment of adequate interpersonal relationships in students, in the development of communicative skills and emotional competences, and in the improvement of the teaching-educational process.
