The insufficiencies that are evident today in the learning of future construction teachers in terms of contemporary constructive processes and the need to contribute significantly to their training, is the problem of this research was an analysis of the different theories referred to the training of technical personnel in different spheres of society, as well as didactic alternatives that contribute to this objective, which made it possible to delimit existing gaps in the implementation of actions that enhance student learning and thereby contribute to efficiency in the technical training of the personnel.
