The research part of the shortcomings that have students of secondary level of Plan Turquino in Sagua of Tánamo, about the domain of the content of the specialty’s agriculture, in their preparation for the professional selection that form part of the continuity of studies. It is proposed a program of vocational guidance from the integration school-family-agricultural entity with the aim of offering tools to professor of secondary school for development.
