This article proposes a procedure aimed at developing educational leadership as a quality that a worker of the Puertomar de Manta Ecuador company must meet during the export and import processes of products, in which the characteristics that characterize it are provided, as well as the way to follow for its treatment through professional training from the recognition of the educational potentialities of the content applied by the worker in his or her job. It constitutes a scientific result derived from a research project. It is based on the criteria of leadership; not of management processes, but of management of production or service processes. It was conceived through the methods of analysis, synthesis, document review and system approach that allowed the logical and coherent structuring of its components. It can be generalized and applied in any context at the national and international level with its pertinent adaptations.
