Currently, electronic tongue devices are developed as laboratory equipment, which do not allow full mobility and versatility of in situ analysis. This paper describes the development of a new system with an Android application, responsible of milk samples recognition in a portable mini-electronic tongue controlled by a smartphone, which is capable of applying multivariate statistical method of principal component analysis to discriminate and classify samples. This system has bluetooth connection, through which receives signals of the multichannel device of electrochemical measurements, configured on a chip, thanks to the PSoC technology (Programmable System on Chip). The Android application was made in the environment development Android Studio, where they were programmed functions for obtaining signals from the electrochemical device of measures and implementation of principal component analysis for discriminating of samples. It system capacity was observed to offer particular signals corresponding to the physicochemical and organoleptic of samples of whole milk unadulterated and adulterated and discriminate perfectly.
