The growth in demand based on the scenarios provided in the housing construction sector, they need the improvement of their management systems, supported by the feasibility study and its indicators, as a way to get a strategy for implementation of investment projects, from the priorities given by the indicators of the feasibility study. The work aims, provide a procedure for the calculation and development of the feasibility study over the life cycle of the investment project supported in the use of Excel.  The procedure represents a tool for directors of housing projects, with very good results on the thread of execution, which has prevented changes without proper approval. The procedure is easy to apply by trained specialists to make good use of it.
