The present research has as objective the elaboration of a procedure to develop studies about the organizational behavior and it integrates variables according to the organization´s requirements. The procedure has four phases and seven steps; all of them focused en improvement actions, therefore a bibliographical search was carried out to support the proposal. Different theatrical and empirical methods were explained, such as, analysis and synthesis, induction-deduction, check list, Delphi method, surveys, interviews, group work method, and lessons classification, all these methods were support by computing applications that allow to validate instruments. The procedure implementation is presented for the study of the organizational behavior in a PYME that commercializes dairy products
