Dynamic in population is responsible for some changes in many social aspects, because of people, that are the basement of society, get older; move out, increase the level of education and have different needs. Aging processes are due to different social needs like to take care of older people, more stress over the health system and others. The main objective of this paper is to make a population projection keeping in mind the natality, mortality and migrations to evaluate the possible behavior of some social aspects like number of students, social security, the behavior of labor reserve, morbidity and mortality due to chronic diseases and others. These social aspects have a great importance to realize a plan of development in a medium and a long time for a territory.
