The conception of the teacher training of the educational institutions should be focused towards a theoretical and methodological training in the way the teacher acts that has its essence as a mediator in the relational communication with its students, parents and teachers, that contributes to a process of affective educational communication in the formation of: knowledge, skills and values in the students during the development of the class, according to the social model and its context. The present work proposes the conception of teacher training in affective educational communication, considering the principles of educational communication, and the didactic aspects in which teachers must be trained to ensure in the dynamics of the class, an affective and a relationship climate among teachers and students, among students and among teachers and family to facilitate the learning process in any educational center.
