With the aim of analyzing some considerations about the resolution of school conflicts, a descriptive research of a bibliographic review type was carried out, with a qualitative approach. The methodological strategy was systematized through the methods of scientific, hermeneutic and analytical - synthetic research; as well as with the use of content analysis technique. The bibliographical research was carried out through the Google search engine, consulting various electronic sources: specialized sites, articles from scientific journals, theses, books, thematic pages and blogs dedicated to the pedagogical and legal sciences. Among the most significant findings we have: conflict is a social fact, characterized by the opposition of interests between two or more people; it is not synonymous with violence, this is a consequence of the needs and interests not heard or resolved. There are several taxonomies of school conflict, one of the most complete is that which establishes six types: disruptive behaviors, inappropriate behavior or aggression of students to teachers, inappropriate behavior of teachers towards students, vandalism, absenteeism and abuse between equals However, in the educational field the conflict is not exclusive of the students, it can exist among the other members of the educational community.
