University students will adopt a system of values and behaviors based on the process of their educational experience on and off campus. In an outstanding way, in which he will have a coherent sense of identity, self-esteem, trust, integrity, aesthetic sensitivity and civic responsibility, towards them and others, giving significance to the process lived and subsequently in the social context. This study was carried out in order to determine the relationship between happiness and prosocial behavior, taking into account gender, age groups and the faculties of belonging in 427 education students, from a university in Lima. Descriptive, correlational, non-experimental design, cross-sectional, and ex-post-facto study. The Lima Happiness Scale (EFL) of Alarcón and the Roche Prosocial Behavior Questionnaire are applied. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the two variables studied; there are no significant differences according to sex and age in both the Happiness variable and the Social Behavior; Likewise, membership in a faculty does not generate significant differences in the Happiness variable, but in the prosocial Behavior variable.
