The aim of this paper is to emphasizing the importance of providing methodological and conceptual resources for the educational agents’ involvement. It allows a better management and support for the English language teaching-learning process at the 1st and 2nd grade of the primary education in the city of Cienfuegos. The objective was to expound a methodological procedure, which contributes to a participating, reciprocal, dialogic and pedagogical alternative among the educative agents for linguistic habit acquisition and English language learning at the two first grades of this educational level. It also contributes to the training of the school, family and university environment members with the aim of assisting the development of these pupil’s communicative skills through methodological tools allocated to these educational agents training for the development of the English language teaching-learning process in the primary education years to come.
