The training of the skills of the profession in the subjects that make up the study plan of the degree in Sociocultural Studies, have revealed deficiencies in both students and teachers. From this perspective, the objective of the article is to explain the steps for the formation of professional skills "promoting" and "managing" in the derivative subjects from a practical class, considering that it is one of the forms of organization of the teaching that allows the training of these skills, because in it, is the intentionality, directed to know-how.
