CONCEPCION TOLEDO, Diana Niurka et al. Postdoctoral and pyramid, master, doctorate, tutor, a social approach in the chemical industry. Conrado [online]. 2020, vol.16, n.76, pp. 150-156.  Epub 02-Out-2020. ISSN 1990-8644.

The objective of the work is to expose the experience of working on the real problems of the chemical process of the industry through the work of the scientific community working as a research pyramid headed by a postdoctoral fellow who coordinates, in their own training conceived as a postdoctoral activity, the actions of applicants, teachers (from knowledge generation centers or industries) and students, through a distribution of functions that includes for the postdoctoral student to develop their habits as a scientific leader and thus train in this important function with significance in the applicant training. It is exposed how the creation of scientific leader skills is supported, both in postdoctoral actions and in activities related to productive practice and the gradual use of the different disciplines of Chemical Engineering studies and the work of the scientific community. The required results of scientific dissemination and the experience developed starting from the genesis of socio-economic and scientific problems, the definition of socio-economic objectives, clearly established in the studies of Social Problems of Sciences, are emphasized. Here is a transit of the graduate and undergraduate students included in the scientific pyramid from social problems to process optimization. Finally, conclusions are drawn on the needs of the articulated functioning of the research community and learning to direct scientific research.
