The process of formation of the construction of written texts (CTE) in online forums, at present, is presented as a social need for the training of education professionals; However, the students of the Bachelor of Education in Spanish-Literature (LEE-L) at the University of Pinar del Río show inadequacies that prevent them from facing the double role of learning it and learning to teach it, as part of professional problems. relating to its sphere of action. To influence the solution of this problem, a set of essential ideas is presented that theoretically model the bases for the didactics of the process in pedagogical professional training. The methods of bibliographic, historical-logical analysis and modeling, allowed to specify a frame of reference for the study of the subject, which will allow those interested to deepen their study.
