The new Coronavirus (COVID -19) imposed physical distancing in order to reduce the risks of infection; but with this, the traditional forms of organization of the teaching-learning process in university students were affected. In this way, distance education is assumed as a challenge and in turn as a way to mitigate the difficulties of distancing between people. Therefore, this article shows the information obtained regarding this phenomenon in the subjects Professional Ethics, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, in addition to the increase in visits for educational purposes to the YouTube platform and content shared through Whats App, which are related to the subjects mentioned. The use of the cell phone is configured for learning in the face of organizational changes and the increase in virtuality from web 3.0. Data analysis from these virtual platforms and groups; As well as the interviews with teachers and student surveys, it provided information to propose variants of the use of mobile devices and a group of recommendations for Higher Education teachers to support the use of cell phones in virtual classrooms.
