Labor stability constitutes an indicator of quality and economic solvency of citizens of recent university graduates. Quantifying the parameters attributed to job stability would allow individuals to carry out legal analyzes. The recommendations derived from the analyzes represent a decision-making problem that is approached from the multi-criteria method. This research proposes a method for the legal analysis of job stability through the use of a Fuzzy Cognitive Map. The result is a case study where the proposal is implemented from the compilation and analysis of legal information from a descriptive, explanatory and positive perspective.
