The objective of this paper is to analyze the importance of teaching soft skills in education and the need to incorporate them in a higher education curriculum. The methodology used corresponds to a selection of scientific articles, indexed in recognized databases such as Scopus, Woss and Scielo; the type of research is quantitative, since a documentary and descriptive analysis of the texts has been carried out.
