The teachers of the Technical and Professional Education (TPE) of the municipality of Cruces, Cienfuegos require the development of communication skills in the context of professional pedagogical skills from linguistic, sociolinguistic, strategic and discursive knowledge in relation to pedagogical knowledge. This relationship of knowledge allows, from a socio-professional dimension, to achieve the development of communication skills in the pedagogical profession, to obtain quality and methodological gain in self-preparation and preparation as ways of improving teaching. For this purpose, an integrative and systematic methodological strategy is presented, based on the diagnosis of each of the teachers who teach subjects of different specialties of Technical and Professional Education, the verification of their needs in the communicative order, above all, to highlight the intention of increasing the effectiveness in the preparation when directing the teaching-learning processes. In its development, instruments of the scientific methodology were used, as well as the analysis of the theoretical results and of different techniques of verification of the objective realities in the execution of actions of the strategy that is proposed in order to obtain adequate communication as a professional skill. teaching in the different paths of pedagogical preparation.
