In the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Cuba a constant improvement is carried out in order that education in Cuba progresses every day more and a prepared student body is obtained and for that the work objectives must be perfected from the Central Organism. For this, a system of directive actions was conceived and implemented aimed at perfecting the work planning. Such a system of actions has political and legal foundations that are politically supported by the strategic projections of the country's socioeconomic development, approved by the Communist Party of Cuba and the Cuban State in june 2017; It is legally endorsed by the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba and scientifically based on dialectical and historical Materialism and the sciences of Education. They are perfected according to the economic-social development plans of the country in the short, medium and long term, in their strategic projection, supported by the Education sciences (particularly by the pedagogical sciences) and linked to the economic and social development of the country.
