Aesthetic education is central to the initial training of the student of the Bachelor of Education in Spanish-Literature, since it promotes aesthetic values that are essential in their performance as an educational professional. This article shows research results about the aesthetic education process in students of this field. Its objective was to develop a pedagogical strategy for the process of aesthetic education in students of the Bachelor of Education in Spanish-Literature at the University of Pinar del Río. For its practical implementation, mathematical statistical methods, as well as theoretical and empirical ones were used. The controlled variable was the process of aesthetic education, operationalized in three dimensions: instructive, educational and developer. The strategy was designed based on the participation of the main actors: students and teachers, for which the participatory action was an essential factor in the result of the research, since it is pertinent that each pedagogical group propose that all activities, extensionist, teacher, research and work have specific objectives to contribute to the development of aesthetic taste and sensitivity; It was made up of specific strategic actions aimed at exchanging experiences and unconventional solutions by teachers and at curriculum training for students, hence its novelty. The determination of its theoretical viability by consulting specialists, corroborated its sufficient structure, highlighting the need for its application as it is viable in solving the research problem raised.
