At the present time, for most of the educators, it constitutes a challenge the formation of the pattern that the society aspires to reach in the new generations, for what is extremely important for the achievement of an effective pedagogic work, to know which the possibilities of development of the students are and to eliminate the flaws of the teaching process and education, by means of transformations based scientifically that they contribute to its more and more full socialization, with the result that the article approaches a thematic one current of great social importance, related with the development personological, mainly of young and adolescents in traffic toward the youth, from the application of three focuses: cognitive, communicative and sociocultural; ethical, axiológical and humanist, as well as the differentiated generational.
