The local development that is built day by day in each territory can only be carried out if it is based on the comprehensive general training of Cuban citizens. In this sense, educational institutions constitute the center where the country's educational policy is carried out and therefore the one that exerts the greatest influence on the formation of values and preparation of Cuban citizens since they prepare the family and other social actors with the purpose to contribute to the sustainable local development strategy. This article aims to systematize the results of the alliances to achieve the digital transformation of the municipality based on the participation of educational institutions in the local development of the La Lisa municipality. Theoretical methods such as logical historical, synthetic analytical and structural systemic methods were used. As a result, it was possible to carry out the intersectoral alliance actions that have arisen to effectively contribute to the transition towards digital transformation. This effectively complements the demands in the direction of educational processes, impacting the community through the actions that are projected in the socio-educational networks in order to prepare social agents and actors in the territory.
