The transformations produced in Cuban Higher Education in the last five years, focused on scientific activity, have been oriented to the efficiency and efficacy of the multiprocesses of postgraduate training. In the context of the research carried out, it is imperative to contribute to the debate on the theoretical-methodological framework that could characterize the scientific practice, consisting in the systematic search for the integration of theories, methods and techniques to be used. In this sense, the article aims to reveal, from the object of study of the educational sciences, the interdisciplinary relationships, learning and good practices that occur in the multiprocesses of postgraduate training, which make education one of the most complex processes that exist. The study required the use of participatory action research methods, systematization, documentary analysis, among others. It reveals that the validity of science in the multiprocesses of training must be sought both in the result they produce and in the process of obtaining it, which implies contemplating its methodology and ideology, which includes, among other aspects, differentiating two general forms, associated to the qualitative and/or quantitative essence of the ways used in each context.
