This work was carried out at the Biological Materials Repository or Biobank maintained by the National Institute of Oncology and Radiobiology of Cuba (INOR). It was aimed at developing a procedure for cost calculation and analysis of producing solid samples. A literature review was conducted, and diagnosis techniques were applied. The results obtained were useful to the Institute, and socially significant.
