Objective:
Postgraduate education is a process closely linked to the developmental policies of each country, it expresses the demands of society to universities, consequently, there is a need for critically analysis on the subject. This paper aims at devising a methodology that facilitates the measurement of graduate programs impact in relation to their management quality.
Method:
Methods such as document analysis, survey, interview, and triangulation of sources were used. Modeling and experts’ assessment were used for devising and evaluating the methodology.
Result:
The fundamental result is the methodology to evaluate the impact of postgraduate education, as well as the descriptors and the cycle of application of the exercises.
Conclusion:
The application of the methodology allows the evaluation of the impacts of the postgraduate programs and consequently the application of improvement plans based on the revealed strengths and weaknesses.
