The work "Environmental Education Strategy to reduce health risks and their impact on the health of the Ecuadorian communities Babahoyo Case Study" was developed with the objective of developing a Strategy for Environmental Education to reduce health risks and their impact on the health of communities in the region. For compliance methods of theoretical and practical and within the latter, interviews and non-participant observation were applied, which identified the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities for developing the strategy, by consulting experts. The main result was achieved an Environmental Education Strategy will help reduce health risks and their impact on the health of the communities in this town, raising its social culture.
