During the learning process of university students, it is necessary, on the one hand, to integrate multidisciplinary working groups, fostering cooperation and the exchange of ideas according to the demands of the vocational training process, and on the other, the need for interaction of the organization of the Teamwork in the classroom for students to learn from each other; As well as his teacher and the environment. The objective of the article is to implement a methodological strategy of integrating cooperative learning methods to the cases study in the formation process activation of the Industrial Engineering major from student's learning in real work situations. From the social point of view, the integration of cooperative learning into case studies allowed designing several case studies generated by the students from their insertion in the work reality, and the group member’s cohesion, an element which helps to activate the professional training process through their participation in the individual and team problems solution which arise in social practice.
