The new global scenario prevents many of the organizations from being more efficient in terms of adapting to the latest trends in technology and operational and administrative processes. The role of the leader is a key factor, determining and sustaining the necessary guidelines to properly manage the organization as such; Taking advantage of the rise of globalization, many of the companies focus their operations on the fluid communication that the tools fruit of the aforementioned phenomenon provides. Family micro-enterprises, on the other hand, maintain a business model similar to that of most companies, with the difference that human capital or managers in general belong to the same family group; Leading to the decision-making process or the operative action itself, is affected by disputes between family members who have different ways of execution in terms of business management. Because business skills require leadership every day to be efficient in the decision-making process, it is necessary for the leaders or managers of microenterprises to solve the tools and guidelines necessary to challenge the innumerable Challenges that business management and the like fall on the organizations in particular.
