The purpose of this article is to present the employability and job placement of graduates of the 2014 and 2015 promotion of UMET's Business Management course, which will allow UMET students to achieve goals and success in their professional and work life, using the transversal descriptive method, through an electronic questionnaire under the Likert scale that served to apply the PLS-SEM regression, the results show that the high theoretical approach as well as the doing dimension generates frustration and decrease of job satisfaction. As the variable that has a greater positive effect on job satisfaction is the dimension to know how, when responding to the demands and requirements of the labor market and is reflected in the job satisfaction of the graduate as well as the income the variable Prestige UMET does not present a relevant effect on the generation of job satisfaction.
