A society's development he measures, in good part, for his fact-finding levels, technological advance and capability of innovation. In this sense, the university is a locale to foment these potentials:A space privileged to carry out an investigation and to understand better what we are,whereon universe we lived,or whereon measured our culture and education,our past and present influence our mode to think and acting.present work focuses in the University Metropolitana of the Ecuador and it shows the principal aftermath attained with the execution of projects of Investigation Development and innovation and his impact in the contribution to the socioeconomic development of the country,when the 2013-2016 conclude period,where to a large extent his strategic projection of academic interchange and scientist exercises influence, that an agreement includes frame with Cienfuegos's University. Cuba.
