The objective of this scientific article is to socialize the impact of the organizational climate on the work performance and customer service of the officials of the National Telecommunications Corporation of the canton La Libertad; All state organizations are currently seeking the continuous improvement of the institutional environment, so it is important to remember that what influences the success or failure is the organizational climate; That is to say how comfortable the worker feels in his work area, where it is not only sufficient to meet the needs of these, but also provide a good organizational environment, for this the companies must implement suitable actions oriented to analyze the incidence of human resources In development, sustainability and as a key to business success; This goes hand in hand with excellence in customer service as part of corporate philosophy, that is to say, having as fundamental value of those who integrate a company, the vocation of quality service, thus seeking first a harmonious environment among customers Internal, to later generate a suitable interaction between internal and external customer regarding the provision of a service, therefore it is necessary that in order to fully satisfy the external clients, the internal must be really identified with the organizational climate.
