Resumo

The results of the research were ordered from the application of econometric methods, statistics and mathematics using the computer programs: Mathcad and Eviews, obtaining the research model composed of the variables: international marketing management, management of production, human capital management, technological management. The analyzed variables allowed us to structure a set of strategies that are suggested to be applied in the Ecuadorian market to increase the production, commercialization and positioning of non-traditional organic food products, we also identify the tendency to regulate production processes through the implementation of normative This scenario worldwide requires changing the traditional parameters of production and aiming at the development of new products, among which are those considered as organic.
