The present work aims to have a clearly practical orientation, see the importance of human capital within SMEs, through the analysis of this item to determine within the Agency's travel CRISTYVIAJES, their influence as part of the competitiveness. This company belonging to the tourism sector seeks not only income, but also helps customers obtain greater well-being, that is why the objective of this study is to analyze the behavior of the human capital within the travel agency. Business travel agencies looks attractive for the entrepreneur, you can travel at preferential prices to many destinations and direct dealing with customer who travels is generally a good experience. Using as the induccion-deduccion methodology applying observation to perceive the Association of phenomena, showing induction, what allows us to formulate theories and deductions
