This work establish like to a benchmark study in the El Oro province, also identifies the quality level of services offered to tourists by the hotels in the area with the application of SERVQUAL model. The information worked about five dimensions based on the model, the results of investigation confirm should be implemented strategies for the continuous improvement in the quality of hotel services.
