It is the receiver of an arsenal of information that taken advantage of in an efficient way, it can contribute to the social development, purpose that becomes their fundamental objective and reason on that it bases its relevancy. It has been proven that the effectiveness in the unlignification of the trash (cellulignitic mass) is much bigger in the enzymatic hydrolysis, when avoiding the use of big quantities of energy and chemical products that urge in a general way the hydrolytic processes. This condition locates them in an advantageous position when allowing the saccharification of the present cellulose in the lignocellulitic residuals, with the objective of obtaining by this way a variety of chemical products. This article is approached on the possibility of evaluating the substitution of commercial enzymes for native ones of the region of Ecuador and its impacts in the economic and social order, from an academic vision, is the one that is promoted as an alternative for the creation of intangible that facilitates the invigoration of the role of the university to advance towards the pattern of sustainable development, based on the utility of the knowledge.
